 Self Defense or not, This couple could be facing some serious issues trying to prove they were justified and had a reason they were to be harmed. Just because someone is on your property doesn't give you the automatic power to point a gun at them! The justification is that a violent mob had just broken down the gate to their private property and was threatening to kill them. If I feel threatened and feel my life is at risk, and they are on MY property, they won't be as lucky. Look around at what happens when people do nothing when BLM rioters and Antifa and protesters come around. They destroy and harass everyone they come in contact with especially if they come across a white person. They had no right to be in that neighborhood, to begin with. What is the point of an extension? The past 6 months they have spent time blocking Brexit, no one seems to be trying to seek a solution to get Brexit. All they are doing is creating uncertainty dragging down the country and the pound, stopping investment and future trade deals.
