Of course, the school didn't listen. Schools never listen to the children when this happens. So sad and unnecessary. Personally, I think the bully's parents should b charged as well. Maybe not with manslaughter but held accountable to some extent. My daughters were physically bullied so much in pre-k to 2nd that I had to pull them out of school. My oldest wound up in the hospital because she was stabbed with a pencil when she was in 2nd grade. It was so bad I was going to the police department and filing reports. The Dear haters I couldn’t help but notice that awesome ends with me shirt for Nothing principal would just hide in her office and avoid me. The superintendent was worse. They were supposed to have a zero-tolerance policy on bullying but these bullies would still be sitting in class all day every day with the rest of the students they tormented.
