  People who have serious illnesses can’t get free prescriptions so why on earth should smokers! Cathy Turner a methadone user who works fulltime would still have to pay for their prescription, its not the drug but whether a person claims certain benefits, to whether they pay or not. Stupid tactics, up the tax on cigarettes and make them +£20 a pack, give the extra revenue to the NHS they’ll soon pack up . All this idea does is swap one addiction for another at the taxpayers cost. You’ll just make the cigarette smugglers and counterfeiters into overnight criminal kingpins, and not stop anyone smoking in great numbers doing that. Surely these are now just an ongoing replacement for cigs for most people who use them - they aren't used as an aid to quit. So the NHS is now going to give replacement cigarettes by prescription. What a joke.

So I stand by my comment. Completely agree and that's what's baffling the scientists, why some and not others. We're fortunate so much research is going on with this new virus. Fingers crossed the scientists will start to see clear fact-based evidence. Everything I’ve written factual. Please read it carefully, it’s not subjective. The fear-mongering part is theory and without evidence, however also, statistically impossible is a silly notion. Even if you were looking at a trillion to one odds, the chance is still there. these are not reinfections, they are reactivations. There’s a huge difference.
